Oh These Irish Hills! is a non-profit organization formed in the late summer of 2004 with the stated purpose of advancing an Irish Hills legacy that involves area individuals, groups and organizations in activities that celebrate the beauty of the place, the spirit of its people and the progression of its history.

*Oh These Irish Hills!* Sponsored research on four historically significant properties in the Irish Hills. This research has been completed and was submitted to the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) for recommendation to the National Park Service on the properties’ suitability as certified historic structures on the National Register of Historic Places. 	Brick Walker Tavern	St. Joseph's Shrine
	Irish Hills Twin Towers	The Davenport House - Formally Bauer Mannor
The wood frame Walker Tavern, now part of the Michigan Historical Museum System and St. Michaels Church are also listed on the National Register. JURIED HIGH SCHOOL ART EXHIBITION

On September 19, 2009 the 5th Annual Oh These Irish Hills! Festival will take place at Hidden Lake Gardens, 6214 W. Monroe, Tipton, MI 49287.
This is a one day festival that begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m.
We also want to showcase our local High School artists.
We are inviting you to submit your High School art. The art will be judged and 3 monetary prizes will be awarded at the Festival. Click here to download additional information and guidelines.
